MAILING LIST / NEWSLETTERS>
LETTER FROM OUR NEW PRAYER DIRECTORS

Dear Angelfamily Members,

My name is Marla Williamson, and my darling husband's name
is Jim. We are the proud angel parents of Milo Goodale,
and we look forward to meeting all of you, along with your
precious angels. We already know some of you, and
anxiously look forward to meeting those that we don't
already know.

My husband, Jim, and I, have volunteered to be the
Directors of the Prayer Ministry for our Angelfamilies.
Somehow, after losing our son to suicide, and then going
through a harrowing journey with my husband 's cancer, we
both felt compelled to volunteer for the position. God has
been so good to us and we simply felt "the calling". That
being said, we have never done anything like this before,
so we are open to any suggestions you may have.

We understand that we already have two volunteers
on-board, but will be continuing to recruit people willing
to pray for others on behalf of our organization. Rose
McPhee and Yvette Valencia are already on-board as Prayer
Warriors, ( Thank you soooo much, ladies !! ) However, we
will still hope to see more volunteers as Angelfamilies
continues to grow. When we initially signed up there were
only 100 families - Two and a half years later, that number
has grown to over 400 families!! If you know of anyone
that might be interested, or feel the calling to pray for
others yourself, please let us know.

We want you to feel free to call us or email us at any
time ( with the exception of after 9 pm central time,
unless it is truly an emergency ) with your
concerns, suggestions, or prayer requests. And, of course,
we think it would be fun to meet all of you via telephone
just to get to know each other better. If you do not have
a low-cost long distance carrier, we do, and would be more
than happy to call you back!! We would also like to have
your phone numbers on hand ( of our volunteers ) in case
there is an urgent prayer request that needs immediate
intercession. We need to be able to contact one another as
quickly as possible.

Our contact phone number is 210-858-5967. If you call,
feel free to talk to either Jim or myself - I'm usually the
one on the computer, ( Jim hates computers !! ) but Jim is
normally the one who answers the phone, especially when I
am in San Antonio. He's a great Godly man with a heart of
pure gold, and loves to talk to people, so don't be
bashful. ( smile ) I have another residence in San Antonio
& will give you my cell number, if needed, when we have the
opportunity to talk.

Milo's death, then Jim's cancer, has lead us both into a
deeper relationship with The Lord. Had it not been for the
prayers of many, neither Jim nor myself would still be here
today. That's a long story & we are both willing to share
more at a later time if you want to hear our testimonies.
But right now we need to concentrate ALL of our efforts on
the best possible way to get this ministry rolling.

Initially, when we get a prayer request from someone I will
forward it to Judie Smart, Rose Mc Phee, and Yvette
Valencia. In addition, we can forward requests to a
larger prayer ministry such as Joel Osteen, Victory.com, or
John Hagee Ministries. If you know of other organizations
that would be helpful, please let us know. The main thing
is that we address the prayer request as quickly as
possible, then confirm with that person via email or
telephone ( whichever they prefer ) that we are addressing
their needs in a timely manner. God willing, we will
have more people praying within the angelfamilies, and
become stronger unit, as a whole, in that respect. ( people
helping and caring about the needs of others within our
angelfamily website )

I guess that sums it up - Now it is time to test the waters
and begin this incredible journey on behalf of our angels
and their families.

"THEREFORE I SAY TO YOU, WHATEVER THINGS YOU ASK WHEN YOU
PRAY, BELIEVE THAT YOU RECEIVE THEM, AND YOU WILL HAVE
THEM." - Mark 11;24

Warmest of hugs and prayers to ALL of you,

Jim and Marla Williamson
