Orders / Refunds
Dear Angel Families,
I have sent ALL deposit refunds for the Virginia Beach
meeting via Pay Pal. I thought that returning it by Pay Pal
would be quick and most efficient(I get a receipt when the
money is picked up). Those who were not able to retrieve
the funds from Pay Pal because they did not have accounts
have yet to receive their deposits...They were mailed out,
but because I had the incorrect postage on the package ( I
had additional items included with the deposit) they were
returned to me on Saturday....I apologize as I know you
have waited long enough.
I will be sending those deposits out today via priority
mail...
I haven't had a car during the day and by the time Mike
gets home with the car, the post office is closed....so it
has been difficult for me to mail out things as promptly as
I would like....Regular mail, of course can be mailed from
my mailbox, but things that require Xtra postage are
difficult because I have to "guesstimate" the postage and I
am either over-estimating or as in this case
"under-estimating"
I am looking into something that Pay Pal offers....they
actually work with UPS or the USPS and send a truck to your
address weekly to pick up packages etc. and the postage is
all handled over the internet. I realize I need to do
something. It has become more and more necessary for me to
use a service like this since going to the post office when
I need to, is not an option.
Again, I apologize to those who have waited. You should
receive the refunds within a couple of days.
